Robert Downey, Jr. of Iron Man fame was going through a very rough patch professionally and personally, because of his drug addiction problems, run-ins with law and him carrying a weapon! He finally bagged a role in the movie Gothika, and that his where he met his future wife, Susan, who was producing the movie under a production company.
The year was 2003 and Robert wanted to sober up, but sadly he relapsed again. As the actor was serious about Susan, she asked him to choose between her and drugs, so he went to a Highway, threw all his drugs into the ocean, and decided he was quitting drugs for good. Moral of the story: you need to be the best version of yourself for your loved ones.
