Sarah Palin, former Alaska governor and VP candidate had a large family once, and needed this 2001-built 6-bedroom, 8,000 square-foot home in Scottsdale, Arizona. However, with grown up kids and her divorce, she didn’t need all the space and sold it for $2.275 million.

Palin bought the 5-acre property in 2011 for $1.695 million, and it comes with a putting green, rooftop deck, sports court, spa, and swimming pool. Inside the house, you find a media room, a huge kitchen and a wine cellar. The lawn is synthetic, which saves a lot of water and money!
