Lee Grant – 96
For almost 90 years, Lee Grant has been a working actor, director, and documentarian! She began her career in showbiz when she made her theatrical debut as a young child. She also studied dance at Juilliard. She even got an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress after making her screen debut in 1951’s Detective Story. She made a major sensation in Hollywood, but in 1952, due to her marriage to Arnold Manoff and her association with other actresses who had been blacklisted as a result of the Red Scare, she was added to the list of performers who nobody wanted to work with. She went 12 years without landing a job, and then in 1960, she starred in Valley of the Dolls and In the Heat of the Night.
