Here’s a name we don’t hear every day, but still someone we remember from back in the 1990s. With huge hair, tight tights and a whole bunch of energy; fitness instructor Denise Austin released a bunch of workout home videos that guaranteed weight loss and a healthy body.

Denise became popular because she actually has a degree in physiology and physical fitness, which helped her tailor her workout videos for maximum impact. Now that VHS tapes are out of fashion, the 60-year-old has moved to TV programs and the internet to make everyone sweat to her beat.
