Mike Harding is more than a performer—he’s a one-man cultural institution. Since stepping into the spotlight in 1965, the Crumpsall-born artist has dazzled audiences as a singer-songwriter, comedian, author, broadcaster, poet, and multi-instrumentalist. Master of more than ten instruments, he has also explored photography, playwriting, and filmmaking.
He shot to fame with the 1975 hit The Rochdale Cowboy, and his creative imprint extends to beloved TV themes like Danger Mouse and Count Duckula. A tireless traveler and storyteller, Harding continues to create with boundless energy, showing no sign of slowing down.
