Pam St. Clement – Born in 1942
Pam St. Clement’s road to fame didn’t begin under the studio lights. Once determined to become a veterinarian, she set her sights on teaching when that dream faded—only for destiny to steer her towards acting instead.
Her most iconic role came in EastEnders, where she portrayed Pat Butcher for an extraordinary 25 years before departing in 2012, returning briefly to delight fans in 2016. Beyond Albert Square, she appeared in films such as Angels and The Queen’s Handbag. Away from the screen, Pam channels her warmth into animal welfare work, proving her compassion is as memorable as her talent.
