German pop singer Menowin Fröhlich was one of the competitors on reality talent search on RTL, Deutschland sucht den Superstar in 2005 and again in 2010. However, he has been making music since the late ‘90s, with his first band, V9. In 2005, Menowin had only reached the top 20 on DSDS when he was arrested mid-show for fraud and causing bodily harm! This started his long history of getting in trouble with the law. Besides releasing albums and singles, Menowin participates in reality shows quite often, and was last seen in 2020’s Big Brother, before leaving the show prematurely.
