Michael Parkinson, Born in 1935 – Married for 62 Years
The UK knows him as the “greatest talk show host” and it’s a title that journalist and broadcaster Michael Parkinson takes very seriously. He used to host his own talk show, Parkinson between 1971 and 2001, besides hosting other talk shows.
In 1959, he married the love of his life, Mary Agnes and they would go on to have three lovely children together. Surprisingly, Parkinson is a strong supporter of birth control, and had a vasectomy so that his wife could stop having the pill. How considerate is that!?
