George Takei, 83 – Married for 13 Years
Every Sci-fi movie buff knows actor George Takei as Hikaru Sulu, who helmed the USS Enterprise in the original TV show, Star Trek and subsequently, in 6 Star Trek movies. These days, however, he is known for his social media presence and political commentary.
In 2008, he married his partner of 18 years, Brad Altman and they became the first same-gendered couple to be wed in West Hollywood. The two make a handsome pair, and have even been featured in The Newlyweds Game and in their own documentary, George & Brad in Bed.
