Emmylou Harris

Emmylou Harris is considered one of the music industry’s most revered voices in country music. Although the singer-songwriter’s career started 50 years ago, her musical career is still very much thriving. Some of her greatest hit songs are Beneath Still Waters, Wayfaring Stranger, Two More Bottles of Wine, and If I Could Only Win Your Love.

Harris’ big break came when she became a member of Gram Parsons’s band, the Fallen Angels. Later, the duo would record an album entitled Grievous Angel. Just like her voice that remained beautiful through her 50-year career, Harris has aged gracefully. In fact, no one would believe that the singer-songwriter is now in her 70s.
