Linda Kaye Henning

With a beautiful singing voice and being a talented actor and dancer, Linda Kaye Henning ‘s earliest acting breaks happened on stage and musical plays. She was able to make it to Hollywood eventually and her earliest screen appearances were in the movies Rebel Without a Cause and Gidget. However, she is most famous for the CBS series Petticoat Junction wherein she played the role of Betty Jo Bradley.

Out of all the cast members in that show, only three stayed throughout the show’s entire run on television, and Henning was one of those actors. In Petticoat Junction, Henning’s character married actor Mike Minor’s character, in real-life too, this on-screen couple got married, but sadly the couple got divorced in 1973.
