It’s hard to believe that Demi Moore is just a few years away from turning 60. The actress screen debut was in the movie Choices, then shortly after she was cast in the soap opera General Hospital. Armed with a beautiful face and the so-called ‘X Factor,’ Moore became a member of Hollywood’s 80s Brat Pack, and appeared in the movies featuring other members of the group, such as Blame it on Rio, St. Elmo’s Fire, and About Last Night.
Moore’s career peaked during the 90s — it was the decade her movie Ghost, became the top grossing film of 1990, and she became movie history’s highest paid actress with the salary she got for Striptease ( ~ $12.5 million).
