Former late night talk show host Jay Leno perhaps has the most envious car collection in show business! One car which he really wanted of his personal collection was the 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing Coupe, which he acquired and painstakingly restored. It was an old race car which was put into a storage container in the desert of California. Jay was just it’s third owner and he paid just $7,200 for it! Of course, he spent a bomb restoring it to its former glory and it is now worth a whopping $1.8 million!
