The Big Bang Theory’s lead actress Kaley Cuoco is no stranger to healthy eating and hitting the gym with a vengeance and doing some intensive yoga. And the results have showed on the petite actress as she was always fit. But when she was married to her ex, tennis pro Ryan Sweeting, she had put on a couple of pounds when living with him.

The reason was that he used to have high calorie meals and indulged in late-night snacking, which worked fine for the sportsman, but Kaley ended up packing the pounds. She realized this early on and decided to eat better and heathier, avoiding frequent snacking and junk food. The hours spent on yoga classes, planking, and gym sessions also helped immensely.
