A regular on Aussie television, Chrissie Swan has been a large presence on television and radio as a presenter, literally and figuratively! The Celebrity MasterChef, Big Brother and Circle star has been looking very svelte these days and it all started with the lockdown, when she decided to get healthier.

Her lifestyle changes include giving up alcohol, walking every day, and meditating for her mental health. She says she does not put pressure on herself, but agrees that keeping herself motivated is difficult.
