Chris Pratt – Hydration, High Calorie Diet and Intensive Workout Schedule

We wouldn’t believe anyone if they said that they lost almost 60 pounds in just 6 months, but actor Chris Pratt actually managed to do so for his role in the superhero movie Guardians of the Galaxy. While Pratt appeared in his muscular avatar in movies such as Jurassic World and Passengers, we remember him from his early Parks and Recreation days.

Pratt was somewhere around the 300 lbs mark when he was starring in the popular TV show, but needed to get into ship-shape soon after auditioning for Guardians. He was put on a 4000 calories-a-day diet, drank a lot of water, took up kickboxing, running, doing triathlons and Cardio Power Circuit workouts with his physical trainer.
