Having a baby puts a lot of strain on a lady’s body and leads to weight gain which is pretty stubborn. Take for instance singer and performer Janet Jackson, who gave birth to her daughter Eissa in 2017, even as she was in her late 40s. Just 6 weeks later, Janet had to shape up for her impending tours.
Janet placed her trust in fitness trainer Paula Sybliss who had a huge task set out for her. Being on stage needs peak physical fitness as the dance routines are taxing. All thanks to weight training and hours of dance practice, Janet lost 70 pounds and kept it off.
