Dancing with the Stars is a reality dance show where celebs try winning the trophy, but it takes hours of intense dance practice sessions and being on your toes to do so. This makes many participating stars lose a few pounds and encourages them to shed even more. One such celebrity is singer and TV personality Kelly Osbourne.
Since her 2009 appearance of the show, Kelly lost 70 pounds by hiring a personal trainer to keep her motivated in the gym, and changing her diet. For years, she had been eating unhealthy and now knows to eat her most calorie-filled meal in the morning for breakfast.
