Talking about total body transformations, how could be forget British comic Ricky Gervais from The Office? Not only did Ricky manage to lose 22 pounds in 2011, but he managed to do this when he was in his 50s, which is a big feat in itself.
Ricky says that he made no changes to his diet whatsoever, and instead worked out daily, without fail. He also ran around his neighborhood, did 20 minutes of weight training and avoided late night meals. He still eats like he used to and has managed to trim down… lucky Ricky!
