Elle Ferguson: Pilates and Walking
Australian influencer and the founder of Elle Effect, Elle Ferguson has said in recent interviews that she has used her time under social isolation well, and decided to use this extra time to overhaul her diet and exercise routine.
The result was that she lost 10 kilos and felt like an entirely new person. She also joined a Zoom Pilates class and worked out with them every day, and would go on an hour’s long walk to complete her 10,000 step count every day, so that’s two exercise sessions! Good for ya, Elle!
