Jonah Hill: Dietary Changes and Exercising Regularly

Actor Jonah Hill broke away from being typecast in particular movie roles because of him being overweight, by losing all the excess pounds, and it resulted in him being taken more seriously. From 2017 onwards, the War Dogs, Superbad and 21 Jump Street star lost 43 pounds in total.

We saw Hill in his Netflix series Maniac at his lightest, where he looks like a whole different person. He slimmed down by adding one exercise to his regular routine, quitting beer, and eating a lot of sushi, as it has few calories and boosts the body’s metabolism.
