British singer Sam Smith has been seen in a much slimmer avatar these days, but there is no need to worry about him seeking any treatment, as the weight loss was voluntary. He started shedding the pounds in 2015 and every time we saw him, he seemed even more trim.
The ‘Stay with Me’ crooner is said to have lost around 50 pounds since then, and the process involved cutting out refined sugar, dairy and gluten from his diet. Yoga and weight training further accelerated his weight loss, and oddly enough, he used to snack on herb-infused ice cubes!
