Mariah Carey: Jenny Craig Program and Exercise
We would just like to declare that we are such huge Mariah Carey fans that we love the diva in whatever shape or size she comes in. After the birth of twins, the ‘Always Be My Baby’ singer had some difficulty losing the extra baby weight, which is, of course, a normal thing, but the internet was very unkind to her.
Mariah shed 30 of the 70 extra pounds gained during pregnancy in the first three months of her Jenny Craig’s 1,500 calorie diet, eating small meals at regular intervals. She also worked out thrice a week, but never weighed herself. Instead, her “scale” was that she tried on a dress and asked herself if it fit the same way it did 3 years ago.
