Standing 80 pounds lighter after her pregnancy, singer Jennifer Hudson did not need go on any crash diet to lose all that baby weight. Instead, she made a series of conscious lifestyle changes after taking charge of her health and signed up for Weight Watchers.
Hudson believes in being healthy and not slim and her weight loss advice includes watching what we eat, being self-motivated, cooking more meals right at home instead of going to restaurants, avoiding crash diets, burning excess calories via physical activity and lastly, eating chocolates to keep stress away!
