Adele: Strict Diet and Intensified Workouts
In the recent past, nobody has rocked a “Revenge Body,” better than British singer Adele who has given us hits like Hello, Someone Like You, and Skyfall. After her divorce from husband Simon Konecki in 2019, the singer lost 100 lbs, as reported in the media.
As Adele has not spoken to anyone about her recent weight loss, we are unsure exactly how many pounds she has shed and more importantly, how! She has been spotted outside the gym very often, so we would have to assume it’s a mix of her strict diet and her intensified workouts that include Pilates and cross-training.
