Okay before you call us out and say that Chris did not have a weight loss transformation, yeah, you are correct, but he has undergone a ‘bulk-up’ transformation. The hunky star of Thor and Men in Black: International, has always been in shape, but he did lose 15 lbs for his role in the movie, In the Heart of the Sea, as he was to play an adrift sailor with no food.
Intermittent fasting and a severely limited diet was used to achieve this result. For bulking up to play the God of Thunder, Chris lost fat to build up more muscle mass through diet and a backbreaking gym routine, with his physical trainer. The results are for everyone to see!
