Karl Stefanovic: Diet and Exercise
Journalist and news presenter Karl Stefanovic has spent much of his life facing the camera and is best known for hosting the shows Today, and 60 Minutes. Although they say that the camera adds 10 pounds, but over the years, people started noticing that Karl had put on more than 10 pounds!
He would kickstart his fitness journey in 2018 after being advised to do so by his medical doctor, and Karl says over the years, he didn’t even realize how big he had gotten! He ended up losing 19 kilos in just 10 weeks, and has managed to keep it off.
