After dropping 40 pounds, Rachael Ray, the celebrity cook and host of the Rachael Ray Show, has shown us that you can look like you’re 30 when you’re in your 50s! Being around food and being stressed led Ray to gain a lot of unwanted weight some years back, and the life changing push towards a healthier lifestyle was her throat surgery.
As Ray had to take time from work and couldn’t speak much when her throat healed, she couldn’t talk much and was frustrated. She began releasing her frustration at the gym and started working out with her husband. Now, her workout routine is structured with lots of cardio and strength training thrown in.
