Work can take up so much of our time that we barely have time to do the basics, like make dinner or go to the gym. To all appearances, this man has the solution figured out. Now, he can meet his deadline and burn calories immediately by bringing his laptop and favorite drink.
Instead of making fun of him, maybe we could all learn something from this man. This individual is providing a fresh and concrete definition to exercise if his strategy worked and he was able to concentrate despite the interruptions.
