An Obvious Newbie

Every muscle in our body should be worked upon—this is a known fact. Nevertheless, it seems this man is taking it to the next level. Although he seems fresh to the world of working out, this photo convinces us that what he is doing is not the intended purpose of the equipment at hand.

If he truly wants to keep in shape, it is probably wise for him to hire a personal trainer to guide him. It’s pretty obvious this guy needs a helping hand.  Too bad the person who took this photo did not choose to help him instead of making fun of him. The silver lining, though, is at least his photo went viral.
