What a fall from grace former NBC host Matt Lauer has had in recent times. But when he met and married his second wife Annette Roque, after a blind date with her, he was at the top of his game in 1998. In 2019, she filed for divorce from the news personality.
Most people saw this coming, as two years prior, Lauer was fired from NBC due to multiple indecent assault allegations. Annette had previously filed for divorce in 2006 citing “cruel and inhumane acts” on his part. However, they later reconciled for the sake of their 3 kids.
