When country singer Willie Nelson wed his fifth wife, Ann Marie or ‘Annie,’ in 1991, people were doubtful that even this relationship would last. But, to their credit, Willie and Annie have now been married for 29 years and live in Hawaii with their kids.
The couple met when she was hired as a make up artist for Willie’s 1986 movie Stagecoach and the two hit it off. They were married in 1991, and since then, life has been a rollercoaster for Annie, especially with Nelson’s multiple drug arrests. That’s one huge lesson we can learn here – seeing how devoted she is to her hubby!
