In the nick of time

A freedom ride like no other, and we are so happy to have found this photo on the internet. The pooch, named Gregory, is seen here going to his new home from the pound, and is being driven by his new owner, Joe Kirk. Gregory is a senior dog who used to live in Ohio’s Franklin County Dog Shelter, but because of his age, he was not being adopted, and was ultimately put on the euthanasia list. Luckily, Kirk heard about him, and adopted him the very day he would have otherwise, been put down. And look at how Gregory shows his appreciation.
