Floating in the air

We have seen enough Arabian Nights cartoons to know that Aladdin was a poor commoner who found a magic carpet which could fly him and anybody on it and essentially had a mind of its own. So now, many centuries later, has Aladdin’s magic carpet been found? If you believe this photo, then yes, but if you believe in science, then no! The girl is standing on a beach mat on the sand, but because of the camera placement and the angle of the shadows and the sun make it look like she’s delivering a speech on a flying carpet.
