Something is not right here

We’ve heard of the phrase ‘having your foot in your mouth’ but ‘having your foot for your hand’ is stretching it too far! Here’s another optical illusion for you; what’s wrong with this picture? Sure, you could say she was born with a foot in place of her hands, but since this has never been medically verified, we would say this is highly unlikely. The more straightforward explanation is that the lady bent over to scratch her feet (mosquitoes, maybe?), and someone decided to click this photo from an odd angle!
