Heidi Montag – Age 35

Heidi Montag’s name doesn’t come up a whole lot in conversations these days, but she was one of the central characters on the MTV reality show, The Hills, which gave us an insider’s view on her life. She went on to become a singer, and is now a reality TV star.

Heidi has been under the knife ever since 2010, when she was just 23 and had had 10 body-altering procedures in one day – a brow lift, Botox and chin reduction included! More surgeries followed, but Montag says she regrets getting these procedures done.
