14. Indonesia
The Indonesian Armed Forces, also known as TNI, is comprised of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, and the Marine Corps is included under the Indonesian Navy. There are around 4,76,500 active military personnel in the country and the country spends around $6.9 billion each year on its defense forces. They also have 2 submarines, 405 aircrafts, and 468 tanks at their disposal. However, they do not have any carriers and a very small number of submarines. They do not draft citizens in the military and it is voluntary.
