Jessica Alves is a Brazilian-British TV personality Jessica Alves who was born as Rodrigo Alves, and assigned male at birth. However, she says that she always though she was female since the age of 3. Rodrigo went through many plastic surgeries to first look like a Ken Doll, and then in 2020, he transitioned to female after more surgeries and officially became Jessica. She was photographed leaving the hospital barefaced after many of her surgeries and she fears that she won’t survive another plastic surgery!
