The great blob
Swimmers are one of the most impressive athletes, and with any sport to do with water, it’s always exciting to watch them in action. Just looking at the photos and videos from competitions make a great impression on us. Although this picture is not particularly elegant or powerful, it sure is fascinating. The swimmer breaking water and coming up for air looks more like an alien, as this picture is perfectly timed. As we know images and people in water look very distorted, depending on the light reflecting on it.
