Rubber arm, much?

You’re going through our list and come across this photo and cannot help but wince! At first, it may look like the baseball player is horribly injured, because why else would his hand move this way! But, relax, the player is totally fine, and is only trying to hit a blazing fastball at the batter at the other end of the field. As he is gathering all his strength and garnering momentum, he has managed to swing his arm so far back, that it has become contorted in the oddest angle!
