Jack Lord: ~ $ 800K, Kahala, Hawaii

After playing the role of Steve McGarrett on the CBS television show, Hawaii Five-O, actor Jack Lord was no enamoured by the beautiful island, that he purchased a condominium in Kahala in the 1970s. It was recently re-sold for $800,000.

Jack sold the 3-bedroom 3,440-square-foot condo a year after his wife Marie passed awayin 2005. The land the home is built on belongs to a private trust, and a bulk of Jack’s wealth, all $40 million of it, was left behind for many charities in Hawaii.

Amanda Keller: ~ $2.6 Million, Coogee, Australia

TV and radio host and comedienne Amanda Keller is the co-host of the radio show, Jonesy and Amanda and the award-winning television show, The Living Room. She, her husband and their two sons have lived in this Coogee house for over 2 decades now.

The couple first bought their house in 2001 for just $900,000, and according to public records, it is now worth $2.6 million. Amanda recently showed off her renovated kitchen, and the house, which sits on a 492 sqm block, is just 10 minutes away from the beach and a 25 minute drive from her WSFM studio.
