Located near the George Washington Bridge, many celebs have bought properties here, in this sleepy, picturesque and insular enclave.

Obscured by trees, Scarlett’s new pad is called Ivy House, and offers 4,000 square feet of living area, 4 bedrooms, tennis court, cabana, swimming pool, 2-car garage plus a four-car carriage house, serene courtyard gardens, and tree-shaded lawns. Our favorite spot is the glasshouse facing the expanse of the Hudson River.
