Clint Eastwood: ~ $9.75 Million, Pebble Beach

One of many homes that Million Dollar Baby actor and filmmaker Clint Eastwood owns is this Monterey County home which is named Hacienda Este Maders or literally East Wood Estate. Known for his Westerns, Clint chose to buy a 1920s Spanish Farmhouse style property instead and it cost him $3.9 million back in 1994.

Eastwood is willing to sell his 6,900 square foot, 6 bedroom home (that sits on a 4.7-acre gated plot) for $9.75 million now. The interiors are, no doubt, beautiful, but the central courtyard with its fountain, breath-taking ocean views and canopied oak trees, is just phenomenal. Just imagine having a star-studded dinner party here!
