Leonardo DiCaprio: ~ $17.35 Million, Malibu
Just a year after the blockbuster movie Titanic released in 1997, it’s lead actor, Leonardo DiCaprio, was said to have bought a $770,000-worth, 3,560-square-foot Los Angeles starter home — his first. Since then, Leo has bought six multi-million dollar properties (that we know of)! Take for instance this $17.35 million Malibu beach house.
DiCaprio decided to sell the property a few years ago for $23 million, but had to bring down the price substantially. Up for grabs then, was the 2-bedroom guest house, a 1-bedroom loft, and the 4-bedroom main residence with a home office, gym, spa, jacuzzi, beach-facing deck, lawns and a fire pit.
