Sheryl Crow: ~ $5.8 Million, Nashville
Singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow is a country gal through-and-through, and does not want to ever leave Nashville, Tennessee. But when she decided to have children, her first Nashville home felt too far from civilization, since it is quite remote and isolated. So she sold off the 152-acre property for 5.8 million and called in the movers.
The older property included a 10,264-square-foot main home, a Western-style saloon, pool with spa and waterfall, a storage building, 14-stall working barn, guest/staff houses and outdoor/indoor riding areas. Crow shifted to a smaller 50-acre retreat in Nashville that is closer to the town and it has its own chapel!
