Salma Hayek: ~ $13 Million to $20 Million, Bel Air
Putting up her old Hollywood Hills home for rent, American-Mexican actress Salma Hayek moved straight into a huge 6,811 square foot mansion in Bel Air, with her partner-turned-husband, François-Henri Pinault. The couple bought their house from comedian Kelsey Grammer, who had purchased the mansion just a year earlier.
The 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms is built in a classic style, which to some, may seem dated. The Frida actress and her husband thought the same, and hence have started work on demolishing this house completely, to build a larger 17,500 square foot home which is more modern. The huge plot certainly has a lot of space for the new additions.
