Ryan Seacrest: ~ $36.5 Million, Beverly Hills

Radio personality and Live! host Ryan Seacrest offloaded a property he bought from actor Kevin Costner, only to invest that money in buying a pretty Beverly Hills abode from comedian Ellen DeGeneres. And rest assured, he did not get any “friends and family discount” as she charged him the whole $36.5 million the property was worth!

Ryan’s new 9,200 square foot home sits pretty on a 2.87 acre plot. It has 9 bedrooms, and 11 bathroom, swimming pool, pond, plus 2 attached guesthouses and a totally separate 3-bedroom house, too! There has been an electrical fire that damaged quite a bit of the property at one time, but it has since been completely repaired.
