Once owned by Ghost and Striptease star Demi Moore, and her ex-husband Bruce Willis (of Die Hard fame), this colossal 7,000 square feet, 6 bedroom triplex penthouse was stuck on the real estate market for 2 years but finally sold in 2017 for $45 million. It is located in NYC’s uber-fancy San Remo building.
The former couple bought this house in 1990 for $7 million. Even when completely unfurnished and long-unoccupied, the apartment is pretty impressive with its wooden flooring, double-height entry, and ceramic tile accented fireplaces. One also gets a bird’s eye view of George Washington Bridge, Central Park, the Midtown skyline, and the Hudson River from here.
