Taylor Swift: ~ $25 Million, Beverly Hills

This just blows our mind. Even before musician Taylor Swift turned 30, she had an impressive real estate portfolio worth approximately $84 million and that was mostly for investment purposes! Apart from her Rhode Island, New York, and Tennessee home, she bought this iconic mansion in Beverly Hills for $25 Million.

Why iconic? Because this home was once owned by the late Hollywood producer Samuel Goldwyn. Taylor’s request to turn the 10,982 square foot estate into a landmark was finally approved by the Beverly Hills City Council. This was the green light that Swift needs to restore this 7 bedroom, 10 bathroom property to it’s former state of glory.
