Selling this traditional-style estate in Montecito must have been a bitter-sweet experience for actress Drew Barrymore (50 First Dates, E.T.) since she wed her ex-husband Will Kopelman here, right in the huge backyard. Drew bought the home in 2010 for $5.7 million and sold it in 2013 for $6.32 million. The property has been listed again by its current owners.

Built back in 1937, the 6,6640-square-foot plush main house sits on 2 acres of green land, and it offers 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a private playground, unparalleled views of the Santa Ynez Mountains and a grove containing avocado and citrus trees. In 2016, the property was extensive renovated to resemble a mountain getaway.
